ROCCAT, the renowned German manufacturer of PC peripherals, has unveiled two new gaming keyboards – Magma Membrane RGB and Pyro Mechanical RGB.
The ROCCAT Magma Membrane RGB features a membrane key mechanism, seven additional multimedia buttons, and five-zone RGB backlighting. The translucent top plate is illuminated by ten separate LEDs.
The proprietary ROCCAT AIMO system allows you to fine-tune the backlight and synchronize it with other devices of the company.
The keyboard allows almost any number of simultaneous keystrokes. For the convenience of the user, a special removable palm rest is provided.
ROCCAT Pyro Mechanical RGB, according to the manufacturer, is one of the most functional mechanical gaming keyboards for under $100. It uses TTC red linear switches with a 2mm actuation point and 45g operating force. The switches have a life of 50 million clicks. There are no restrictions on the number of keys pressed simultaneously.
Like the Magma, the Pyro features a detachable palm rest and ROCCAT’s proprietary AIMO lighting system.
Both units will ship on May 30 for a suggested retail price of $59.99 for the Magma Membrane RGB model and $99.99 for the Pyro Mechanical RGB.
